As the trend in Corporate Globalisation has grown over the last decade, so has the fundamental requirement for consistent IT Service delivery regardless of geography and culture. Recognising this need LI has driven and led the development of the EMEA-IT Service delivery consortium which through it’s combined resources provides over two and half thousand engineering personnel across twenty countries in and around Europe.
Service Delivery Consortium covering 20+ Countries
Total of 2,500+ strong engineering workforce
Single Master Contract and LI based Project Management
Office to ensure clear accountability for all work undertaken.
All consortium members governed by standard SLA’s to
ensure consistency of customer experience.
Simplified Billing mechanisms to enable tax
efficiencies across multiple countries
Common Service Delivery methodology controlled and
monitored by Li’s powerful Field based mobile application
platform – Li FieldView.
In order to ensure consistency of the Customer Service Delivery experience, the Consortium is made up of like minded companies whose core business reflects that of Li’s. All Company’s within the EMEA-IT group are managed under one master contract which defines a common Service Level Agreement and pricing structure. In addition, LI acts as the common operational interface between each client and the in country delivery teams to ensure that LI offers a single point of contact and fully accountable owner for all aspects of service or project delivery. To avoid the numerous complexities of diverse currency billing, tax implications and commercial law, through the EMEA-IT proposition LI offers a master contract that vastly simplifies the SLA, Costing and Billing issues associated with multi country roll outs. This in turn allows our clients to spend more time focussing on the deliverables, milestones and service experience whilst the EMEA-IT consortium seamlessly moulds itself around the contractual needs of client.
The EMEA-IT proposition can be thought of as a “Multi-Local” service delivery model. The consortium delivers a high level of consistency by utilising Li’s own Engineering based Mobile Computing technology – FieldView. This ensures that Processes and Procedures implemented in each Country remain 100% consistent against the agreed Statement of Work irrespective of Language, Culture or Geography. Data that is captured regarding each task performed is made available to each of Li’s clients through the FieldView Client Portal – this in turn driving an extremely high level of transparency and immediacy of feedback which delivers both Service Assurance and positive Service Improvement.
